F1 House

Residential
Renovation of a 1960s house

Location
Sutton

This project involved the renovation of a house designed to achieve a calm and happy, decluttered and highly functional living environment. The main living space was articulated into distinct zones defined through furniture placement rather than structural separation. A low-level unit defines the transition into the home office zone, maintaining connection while gently separating functions. The dining area is arranged around a circular glass table to preserve lightness and transparency, while a corner of the conservatory becomes a conversation corner with green-toned design armchairs, reinforcing a relaxed and natural atmosphere.
