Residential
Renovation of a Georgian House

Location
Fulham

This large bedroom was conceived as a sequence of distinct functional zones, rather than a single undifferentiated space. The layout introduces a relaxed lounge by the window, a dedicated make-up corner, and a defined sleeping zone. The design language was guided by biophilic principles, drawing directly from an artwork significant to the client. Its warm natural palette informed the colour strategy, creating a restorative atmosphere . To counterbalance the room’s inherently square geometry,  rounded detailing, silky and velvet fabrics were introduced throughout the interior. These are reinforced by tactile material choices that add depth and sensory richness.
